These courses are designed to cover a wide range of key skills required in outdoor navigation. We cater for the experienced, novice and aspiring instructor.

Our venues are varied around the UK (the majority of courses run in the Lake District due to its diverse terrain and easy access) with a wide variety of challenging terrain to test you and give you the vital experience needed for those who wish to become safe and competent mountaineers.

Our introductory courses are the ideal way to make the transition from hill walker to mountaineer in safety and with confidence.

We can also provide bespoke courses on request to suit you or your group (particularly in relation to youth groups and teaching skills).
